BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Dean and Renee have been members of Agape
Church in Little Rock AR., under Pastor Happy Caldwell for over 20 years. During
their years at Agape Church, they served in many different Ministries of Helps,
Music Ministry, Children's Ministry, Prison Ministry and T.V. Ministry.
The Jackson's still felt that God wanted them to do something more. To prepare
themselves more in what God had for them to do, they enrolled in the Agape
School of World Evangelism Bible School where at this time God showed them they
were born to be Missionaries.
The year after graduation was a time of preparation, by getting things in order
and preparing them to leave everything they had. Dean was the owner of a
successful Landscape Design business and Renee was a Computer Programmer for a
large Company.
When the time came to move, they left their six digit incomes, house, trucks,
business, friends and family and moved to Belize, Central America. In Belize, at
the Agape Training Center for missionaries, they learned cross culture
sensitivity and how to succeed on the mission field.
While living and working in Belize for a year and a half, God told them to go to
Costa Rica to learn Spanish. They moved to Costa Rica where they enrolled in a
year-long intense Language School and studied from 7:00 to 3:00 everyday.
After graduating Language School, and God seeing their faithfulness, He opened a
door to where the Jackson's are reaching tens of thousands of children, teens
and their parents each week through Television. God has continued to open more
doors to reach more people in a Bible School, Evangelism Crusades, Radio, and a
Scholarship program for underprivileged children.
